..............
Today it’s quiet over here at Frank’s. Outside it’s very hot. Today it’s Frank’s birthday, the day him and ichiko choose for his last great journey.
Frank is sleeping a lot today, he was up till 4 o’clock in the morning, they were watching the football world championship....
We’ve had a lot of fun and silents moments too. We’re listening to Frank’s music and talk about God and the world, old times, politics and day to day stuff.
Frank simply is Frank!

I am here with Frank, Ichicko and the rest. We have truly enjoyed these last few days. Yes, there are moments of sadness, but they are few. Mostly we share and laugh with Frank as he tells stories about his life. Frank's bed looks out over the lush green mountains and the clouds come and go.
Sometimes the mountains are shrouded in mist and it will rain for a brief time. Yesterday afternoon there was an intense rainbow arching from the mountains toward a patient moon, waiting for the darkness to come. In the evenings the hillsides are filled with lights and a cool breeze comes in through the windows. It is a very beautiful place, peaceful and serene. We have gathered here to honor our friend and teacher and to represent all who have shared in the work over the years.
We have been "hanging out" as Frank loves to do, sharing meals, telling stories and laughing.
Frank says creativity manifests outside the body and the space here is filled with the creative spirit of Frank and all he has touched and all we, as friends, students and teachers, have touched.
The work goes on, the nuturing of consciousness, the willingness to be clear, to be of service to others, to manifest love and happiness. There is no better way to live your life. We are a family, all of us who have known, loved and learned from Frank. It is with the spirit of a loving family we embrace these moments and each other.

Frank is going in and out of sleep today, mostly sleeping.
Yesterday he was still very active, talking a lot and giving little discourses....
He is very good about it all, very peacefull and loving. We are about 8 people here in Ichiko's and Frank's appartment, and it is so beautiful to share this with each other and with Frank.
He is ready to go, and he seems to be very happy that he had the opportunity to go conciously and that he could complete with so many people before he goes.
We are just staying with him, taking turns to massage his feet and to help him if he needs anything or if he needs to go to the bathroom. He is very weak now, he cannot walk alone anymore.
Still I think it is important for you all to understand, that he is not suffering at all, he has no pain, and he is in good spirits when he is awake.
